About the Black and Grizzle Tinhead Trout Fly
The Black & Grizzle is a modern day adaptation of Jeanette Taylor's Tinhead. It has a marabou tail, grizzle hackle and eyes painted on the tin head.
It has proven to be incredibly effective on still waters throughout the UK.
It sinks fast, ideal for when the trout are lying deep. However you can search by starting your retrieve when your fly reaches any level in the water column until you find the feeding level.

It is a fantastic fish taker bring an ideal search and attractor lure fly.
