How fly fishing works?
Fly fishing; The sport of catching fish using an artificial fly as bait to impersonation the natural looks and behaviours of the fish's staple diet.
A huge part of the sport is choosing the ideal fly which the fisherman thinks will catch the attention or fool the fish into thinking it's part of its natural diet. This is all dependent upon the type of fish they are fishing for, the time of year, the time of day, and even the temperature of the water.
There are thousands of fly fishing patterns which have been created from all around the world, by hobbyists and professionals to the sport alike. Our library attempts to capture as many of these as possible, and we have now logged just over 3,000 patterns of fly.
