Expert Tip:
The Langa Fancy Hitch is designed specifically for the hitching method, where it skates on the surface, leaving a V-shaped wake that excites salmon and sea trout into striking. The hitch system allows the leader to be threaded through the side of the tube, creating a perfect skating action on the surface. Please note: we have not created the side hole within the tube, allowing anglers to customise based upon personal preference.
How to Use:
Attach the leader through the side of the hitch tube to achieve optimal skating action.
Cast at an angle downstream and allow the fly to swing across the current, creating a wake on the surface.
