About the Red Palmer Trout Fly
The Red Palmer can used as a dry or wet fly. It is great when the trout are smutting on the rivers and streams.
It is also is used with great success as a top dropper on still waters.

This is a very old pattern and is very similar to the Soldier Palmer.
