About the Pale Watery Dun Trout Fly
The Pale Watery Dun was devised to imitate the female spinner of greater spur wing.
This pattern can also be used to represent the light coloured mayfly, duns and some spinners.
A Pale Watery Dun fly is very popular with the trout, so much so that they have been observed selecting these from scores of other dun.
